As part of our growth and expansion, we are looking for passionate, competent and talented individuals to join our corporate training division.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new avenues of business with existing & new clients/schools
- Develop business plan and implement strategies for growth
- Engage potential clients and schools to determine their needs and work with faculty in developing programme proposals on time
- Prepare proposals for education programmes for current and potential clients
- Assist in marketing exciting programmes to targeted audiences
- Oversee implementation of programmes (Including being directly involved with logistic support – predominantly in Singapore)
- Communicate and work closely with Programme team in enhancing and exceeding customer’s learning experience
Requirements:
- Candidates who has no prior experience but are driven and wanting to succeed are welcome
- Keen interest in the education and training industry
- Ability to innovate and communicate ideas effectively
- Proven ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
- Team player and agile learner who is keen to work with faculty to develop outstanding tailor-made solutions for clients and schools
- Ability to plan, prioritise and execute multiple simultaneous projects
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
- Experience in training/school industry would be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically
- Excellent customer orientation and account management skills
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Having a growth mindset and continuous development
